Another insightful and thoughtful piece by commentator Paul Harvey regarding what some of the signers of The Declaration of Independence sacrificed when they signed that document.
Many people scorn the founders, making remarks about how they were rich, slave-holders, etc. But when it comes down to it, they DID sacrifice a lot!
Washington rode into battle to protect and defend what he believed.
How many of us who came after these men can say that we too, did as they did?
Not many at all.
The time has come once again for the people of this great nation to reassert their power and strength in defense of their freedom.
The strong hand of our servant government has lost its way and is depriving the people of their rights to freedom, happiness and property.
We do not desire anything but a return to our constitution and through those means to exercise fairness, justice, honesty, mercy and compassion toward all.
That ignorance, apathy, lethargy, corruption, deceit and all ignoble aims be removed from the course of government and truth and justice reign supreme.
